FallDown! 2 is a simple yet addicting game for the iPhone as well as for browsers on sites like Albino Black Sheep. The goal in this game is to get the ball as far down as you can without it being eaten alive by the green force field at the top of the screen. If the green force field catches it, then you will lose the stage. Get the highest score possible, and you can submit it on Apple Game Center and compete with players from all around the world. Your score increases for each half a second that you keep the ball alive. However, the faster you fall, the more that you increase your score, and the quicker that you can build up a high score and set records. For example, if you fall down three rows at a time without hitting a platform, you earn 14 extra points. If you fall down four rows at a time, you can earn up to 22 points.
Collect the question mark balls as soon as you see them. They give you a different power up each time. These include a force field that protects you from an impact with the fireballs, or the ability to go through the walls on one side of the screen, and pop out on the other side, or simply super speed.
If you need to change directions quickly, then let yourself hit the wall and immediately press in the other direction when you do. The wall eliminates the time that your ball normally takes to slow down and change directions, which can help you fall down even faster.
Collect as many stars as you can to buy more items from the Customize store. However, none of these items will give you any performance enhamcements. All that any of them do is change the appearance of the ball, or change the image in the background.
