The CATch! is a new auto running game for the iPhone and the iPod Touch. In this game you play as a mischievous cat who is on the run from everything from crows to angry old women with brooms, running across walkways and bounding off of buildings, trying to get as car as you can without falling or running into something. The controls are very precise in this game, so you can swipe right as you want to turn, rather than swiping before the turn. Swiping sideways before the turn will cause the cat to do a barrel roll, which is the same as running into an obstacle. However, if you run into a wall, start swiping immediately because if you don’t swipe quickly enough you’ll run into the wall yet again.
To get 25 cat food in one shot, when you are in the game, jump and grab the milk whenever you see it. The tougher bonus to get, but the bonus that is worth it so much more, is to jump and hit one of the blue birds when you see them. If you do this, you will get 100 cat food in one shot.
To run on the wall if you’re running next to a wall, swipe upwards to jump, and then swipe sideways towards the wall. If you do this, the cat will run on the wall for a short period of time. This is a good technique to get past the old ladies with the broomsticks, or to get past rows of steam vents that are very close together.
To make it easier to go farther in the game, there are a couple of tricks that you can do. One of them is to go to the main menu and turn the tutorial back on. Doing the tutorial will give you plenty of easy yardage. The other is to save up your coins and then buy another life in the store, which allows you to take more hits before losing the stage. This will let you increase both your distance and your coins earned.
