Speed is the key in this game, as well as situational awareness. Know where everyone must go, and know when an investigation space is freed up as well as what the symbols by each caution sign mean. A dark circle means they will ask for an item. A triangle means that you’ll have to complete a task, such as recreating a footprint or forensic analysis.

The first thing that you should do if you want a leg up on this game is to connect to Facebook via the game. Do this and you will be able to earn free diamonds from your friends, as well as send free diamonds to them. In addition, you will be able to earn five extra diamonds instantly when you connect your account to Facebook, and if you delete the app and bring it back, or download it on a new phone, you’ll be able to bring your account back.

Once you beat a few of the standard levels, you will unlock the endless levels by tapping on the clock down in the lower-right corner of the screen. The more timed levels you play, the more of these endless levels that you will unlock. They are far tougher and generally have more stations and things going on, but they will provide extra opportunities to earn coins, and extra opportunities to practice your speed.

There are a number of ways to earn free diamonds besides the Facebook thing. But one of them is to go to the bonus levels and complete them as you unlock them. Just as your normal level result is ranked out of three stars depending on how you do, these levels are ranked out of three diamonds depending on how you do – and of course, your rewards correspond.

Buy your upgrades wisely. In many levels, you can spend 50 gold apiece to upgrade the entrance up to three times. When you upgrade the entrance, you’ll add to the length of time that the hearts will stay in the guests’ heart meters. This will make it far easier to get the gold hearts (and thus earn more gold) at the end of their mission in your work site.
