Sky (Ketchapp) – Tips, Tricks, Cheats, How to Win, and Strategy Guide

Sky is a new game by Ketchapp for the iOS and Android platforms. Your goal is to control a square on a platform moving across the sky, and navigate it as it splits into multiple squares, then merges back into one square, and so on and so forth, collecting as much gold as you can while accumulating higher and higher scores. Read on for some tips and tricks for Sky by Ketchapp!

You can jump and you can double-jump in this game. It’s easy to focus on when to do one or the other when you have only one square; however, once you get to two or more squares, it becomes a lot more difficult. At the beginning, focus on only one square to control. It will make it a lot easier to stay alive, as if you have a minimum of one square at a time, you’re alive.

You’ll rack up your score as you go, and each point also counts as one gold piece, making it a quick endeavour to score enough points to get a new shape/character. If you want to speed it up even further, watch out for the free video gifts after a stage ends. They come up sometimes, while other times, they don’t come up. When they do, watch the video and you get 1,000 points for free.

When you have 5,000 points, you can get a new character. The new character will cause the appearance of the game to change, but it won’t change the gameplay at all; the game will still play the same way. Each of them costs the same amount, so whether you want the circle or the unicorn, you will be out the same.

Use the double jump even when you don’t need to. If you do, you will have a much larger margin for error, and it will be a hell of a lot easier to avoid small or big obstacles. You can also drag out the second jump for as long as possible, hitting the screen when you are back on a downward trajectory so that you stay off the ground for longer.

Check the scoreboard for a list of the top people so that you can see where you stack up. 10,000 seems to be the top overall score, with most of the top 10 being in the 5,000s, so if you can get as high as this you’ll find yourself up there with the best of Game Center and Google Play.
