Angry Birds Dream Blast is a new puzzle game in the Angry Birds franchise for the iOS and Android platforms where your goal is to tap to get rid of blocks of bubbles in order to complete the goals of a stage. Read on for some tips, cheats, tricks, and strategies for Angry Birds Dream Blast!
Tapping a group of four or more bubbles creates one of the birds. The red one blows away a line, the yellow one blows away a horizontal and vertical line at the same time, and the bomb bird takes out a huge chunk of the board. Birds can be merged into the next higher-powered birds by mixing two identical birds together. The more bubbles you take out at a time, the larger the resulting bird; two birds mixing together will take on the size of the larger bird.
Right from the beginning, you’ll have access to three different power-ups overall. The shooting star will take a huge chunk out of the board, while the slingshot will allow you to remove one piece of the board (good for if you have only one bubble blocking a potentially huge combination). The shuffler shuffles all of the bubbles around, which is good to use when you potentially have no good combinations left.
If you run out of lives, items, or coins, take on one of the ad video offers. Finish watching the ad video, and when you do, you’ll load up on bonuses. You can earn free coins, free items, and even a limited time worth of unlimited lives. You won’t lose lives as long as you don’t lose levels, so wait until you get to an extremely hard level to use this bonus.
Surprisingly, there is no way to go back to old levels. If you want to replay a level that you played in the past, then you have to delete the game, download it again, and start over at the beginning. Otherwise, just keep trying whatever level it is that you’re on until you beat it.
When you don’t have infinite lives, your lives will max out at five instead. Beat a stage and you lose nothing; lose a stage and you lose a life. If you do happen to lose so much that you lose all of your lives, you can go to the date and time settings menu and set them ahead by half an hour per life lost (2 1/2 hours per full refill). You can do this trick as many times as you want.
