Fishy Bits is a new side scrolling endless swimming game for the iOS and Android platforms. Your goal in this game is to get as far as you can, eat the fish that are smaller than you, and avoid the fish that are larger than you. The larger fish will kill you, while eating the smaller fish will make you grow bigger, so that you can eat bigger fish. Read on for some tips and tricks for Fishy Bits!

In addition to eating the smaller fish, you can also eat birds if you jump up out of the water at just the right time. All you have to do is keep an eye on the top area of the scree, out of the water, and look for one bird. Then let go of the screen so that you can jump out of the air and get it. Then you’ll eat an entire line of birds. These also count toward making your fish bigger.

You earn coins as you go, and these coins can be used to unlock new fish, which play the same way but look different. If you want to go back to using a smaller fish, use these fish, as the bigger that your fish gets, the more even-larger fish that you end up seeing over the course of a stage. Although you’ll also see more overall fish that you can eat.

If you want to earn coins rapidly, then wait until the video prompt pops up. Tap it, and you’ll play a video with an advertisement. When that video is done, you will earn a total of 20 coins. Keep watching these videos to rack up the prizes so that you can save up for the bit boxes.

The rarity of the bitbox doesn’t effect the gameplay at all, only the price of the fish that you get (or non-fish). For example, Epic boxes typically are comedic creatures, such as a pug or a bitbox. Rare creatures are characters that are based off of sea creatures, but not the cookie cutter fish (such as sharks and jellyfish).

The easiest way to tell if you can eat a fish or not when you are passing by it is to look and see if there is a red “!” symbol next to it. If there is not, then you can and should eat it. If there is, then you should avoid it, because if you run into it, you yourself will get eaten.
