Idle Wizard School is a new iOS and Android game inspired by the famous Harry Potter book series where your goal is to start a wizarding school, open up new classrooms, get as many students into the school as possible, get rich, and then open up even more new schools. You can earn coins and gems, open up a wide assortment of classrooms, and earn a number of different bonuses.

Almost all of the income is idle here, but there is still plenty for you to do in order to earn more coins extremely quickly. To get coins quickly, tap on Mysterion the dragon when it pops up in the lower-right area outside of your school, then finish the ad video and you’ll be treated to a huge quantity of coins.

Another way to manually get coins quickly, without having to watch any advertisements, is to tap on the shops toward the lower right corner of the screen when they light up. There are four total of them, and how many coins you can collect from them depends on how many idle coins you get from your classrooms.

For the classrooms, the three main boosts are Upgrade, Hire Teachers, and Salary. Upgrade is, of course, the most basic and important thing you can do to your classroom. Fill the upgrade bar up and you’ll get a huge multiplier, so even old classrooms can always stay caught up with new classrooms.

However, the upgrades and tier-ups are useless without the other two boosts in each room. Hire another teacher to add a multiplier to your classroom. One teacher total is 1x, two teachers is 2x the income, five teachers will earn you 5x the income, etc. Increase teacher salary to increase their speed of instruction so that you can go through queues of students quicker.

Down south of the classrooms, increase the number of rooms to enable more students at once to stay at the school. Increase the number of train cars and the frequency of train arrivals to bring more students into the school. More students always equals more money.

If you are playing the game with a good internet connection, always be sure to take whatever ad bonuses you can get. Mysterion the dragon will often bring coins or gems. Tap on the video coin icon to get a 2 hour doubler, which can then be extended to up to ten hours long.

Two other ad bonuses that pop up often include instantly acquiring a number of new foreign exchange students, and finishing whatever instruction is currently going on instantly. Take these whenever you see them in order to earn a huge amount of money.

You can unlock new schools on new pieces of land. This is the game’s form of prestiging. Whenever you’re able to, buy the new school, and you’ll get a gigantic income multiplier. You’ll start from the beginning, and you won’t be able to go back to your old school, but you’ll progress FAR quicker, and be able to unlock new schools.

Use your gems to buy magic books. Each magic book comes with upgrade cards – the rarer the book, the more and rarer the upgrade cards will be. Cards will have many effects, including (but not limited to) price drops for upgrades, multipliers for classrooms, and more.
