Dictator: Emergence – Tips, Tricks, Cheats, How to Beat, and Strategy Guide

Dictator: Emergence is the latest game in Tigrido’s line of Dictator simulations for the iOS and Android platforms. This one makes the perfect midpoint in between the very simply Dictator: Outbreak/Revolt, and the slightly more complex Dictator 2, merging the original don’t-anger-the-entities gameplay with the money management part of things. Read on for some tips and tricks for Dictator: Emergence!

The point of the game is to go for as long as possible without angering one of your factions enough for them to start a revolution and throw you out of power, and this requires a delicate balance to be kept between making each faction angry and throwing them a bone once in awhile to keep them from revolting. Read each question extremely carefully even if it is a short question, and try to think about how it would affect each of the factions.

Money is the most important thing to have because it can get you out of many bad spots, and each decision that you make costs money. Tap on the store area to purchase more, or tap on the Free button to watch an advertisement in exchange for a free 50,000 cash. Once it’s finished, you can X out of the black market, click on it again, and the free cash icon will pop up again. You can do this indefinitely and earn more and more cash.

The other way to get money is from the dictatorial retirement fund. At its base level, it can store up to 500,000 dollars before it stops earning more cash. As you upgrade it, it will be able to hold even more cash, and the cash per second that it earns will increase as well.

Earn more than ten X’s at a time with one specific faction in order to earn even more bonus cash. For each X, you will earn an extra 20,000 cash per turn. Don’t put other factions at risk of revolting in order to make this one faction happy, though, or else the money will end up being pointless.

You start the game with five clues. Using one will not only give you the results of all of the answers so that you can see the results before you pick, but neither choice will cause you to lose popularity with any of the factions; you will do nothing but gain popularity. Also, if you gain popularity and are asked to wave from the balcony, always take the chance; that usually adds an X to everybody’s rankings.
