Tennis Clash: How To Get Rare and Epic Equipment

Tennis Clash, known as Tennis Clash: Fun Sports Games on iOS and Tennis Clash: 3D Sports on Android, is the most popular tennis game in the history of mobile devices, and for good reason; it’s challenging, it’s fast-paced, and there is a lot of upgrade potential. You can unlock all sorts of new characters and new equipment, the latter being probably the most important part of the game.

If you’re losing to players with a higher statistical rating (which, if you’re reading this, you absolutely are), there’s a reason why their stats are so high. Upgrading your character and equipment can only get you so far; sometimes, you need rare and epic equipment to get you there, too. That’s the fastest way, usually.

Read on for a guide to rare and epic equipment in Tennis Clash!

When you start earning new equipment, you will notice that the color of the equipment box is often different. Equipment will be either blue, orange, or purple. This is an indication of the rarity of the equipment.

Blue equipment is common, orange equipment is rare, and purple equipment is epic. The rarer that the equipment is, the less likely that it is to show up in one of the golf bags that you win. However, there are multiple golf bags that can earn you this rare equipment.

If you want to get rare equipment, the bags that you need are the Grand Bag, the Elite Bag, or the King Bag. Rares show up in all of these. The Grand Bag is the most common out of all of these; you earn it fairly frequently, and it takes eight hours to unlock.

The Points Bag is another good source of rare equipment. You can get the Points Bag by scoring enough points in a match, regardless of whether you win or lose; all you have to do is score points. So if you lose frequently but you score a lot of points, you’ll still get the Points Bag once you fill up the bar.

If you want to get epic equipment, then you have to get the King Bag. The King Bag is the only bag that contains rare equipment, and it takes 14 hours to unlock. Not only does it contain epic and rare equipment; it also contains a huge amount of coins, and possibly some free gems as well.

The equipment that is available depends on what tour you’re currently in, but multiple types of epic equipment can be found in Tour 1 or 2 and above. That means that even if you are a total beginner to the game, you still have a chance at earning some rare or epic equipment, which speeds up your progress in the game significantly.

So how do you get the Grand Bag, Elite Bag, and King Bag? It’s completely random. All that you have to do is beat another player, and you earn a bag. Keep bag slots clear by emptying out the standard bags while you’re playing actively. Fill the bag slots, keep the common bags unlocking, and unlock the Grand, Elite, or King bags overnight.

You can also use gems to purchase one of these bags, or more economically, you can spend gems on buying one specific piece of equipment in the store. As far as gem items go, rare equipment is relatively cheap. Epic equipment, on the other hand, can be quite expensive, often retailing for 1,000 or more gems.

Once you get to Tour 4, you’ll be able to unlock the tournaments. Place as high as you can in the tournaments to maximize your chances of getting more rare and epic equipment. The higher you place, the better the rewards that you can earn.

Be sure to maximize your earnings so that you can place higher in league play, as well. The first place finisher gets an elite bag. Second place gets a grand bag. Third through 20th place get a basic bag. 21st place or less gets nothing. This makes leagues a good source of rare equipment.
