Powerpuff Girls: Monkey Mania is a new iOS and Android game where you launch Buttercup and girls for as long of a distance as possible, launching attacks against villains and knocking off as many minions as possible. You can rescue the other girls, unlock and attack new villains, and set new distance records.

All kinds of upgrades and unlocks are available for new villains, power-ups, and more. You can earn coins, upgrade your heroes and your power-ups, and use various strategies to make it as far as possible.

The first part of each round is launching an attack on a villain. You launch yourself Angry Birds-style and smash into the villain to do as much damage as possible. The way to maximize both distance and damage is to hit the villain square in the head with that first attack.

The closer to the head that you hit the villain, the higher and farther you bounce. From there, you have to try to hit as many of the monkey’s minions as possible so that you can go the longest distance. Also, for each of the critters that you hit, you’ll earn some coins.

Tap on the screen to slam the ground at the right times. Slamming the ground will prevent you from losing speed and will take out a range of villains around you. Each minion that you hit will recharge the slamming meter, and you can hold up to two slams at a time.

The best use of the slams is when you get near a big villain or power-ups, so do anything you can to time your slams for that point. If you need to use them to prevent an early loss, though, then slam down near the biggest crowd of minions that you possibly can. These will earn you extra coins, and enable you to go a longer distance.

As you earn coins and go longer distances, you’ll be able to unlock new characters, new upgrades, and add to your existing upgrades. Look for the indicator to show up next to the upgrade screen, showing that you now have an available upgrade.

Once you get to the farthest distance in the current level, you’ll hit a brick wall, which will slow down your progress significantly. Just keep playing, grinding, earning coins, and upgrading, and do what you had been doing to maximize your distances, and eventually you will make it through to the next level and unlock the next girl.
